INTRODUCING OUR PROGRESSIVE ‘PENNYSAVER’

The NewPeople is launching an alternative ‘pennysaver’ as combination resilience circle, personals and want ads. We welcome queries for apartment or house sharing, hobby sharing, rideshares, holiday sharing and handy work.
The submission should be short, specific and provide an email address or phone number as contact information. Please submit the ad at the NewPeople website in the same way you would for submitting an article for publication. *No personal ads.*
The following are examples of and the first ads of the new ‘Pennysaver’:
WANTED: ground floor one bedroom floor-through of a duplex in the East End of Pittsburgh with deck or inviting back yard. Pets must be okay. Contact Jo at jotavener@gmail.com. August 1st rental desired. Will share a house under certain circumstances.
Come and Celebrate Pen Lytle’s 75th birthday June 25th at East Liberty Presbyterian Church from 2-5 pm in the 3rd floor music room. We’ll enjoy ourselves and one another, while supporting two organizations for social change and peace. Look for details in the next issue of the NewPeople. Join us!
