Meet and Hear Author and Theologian Ilia Delio on March 6

Valuing all of creation is at the heart of the environmental movement. There are insights awaiting all of us interested in the current climate crises from Sr. Ilia Delio on Sunday, March 6 from 2 – 4 PM at the Kearns Spirituality Center, 9000 Babcock Blvd. in Allison Park. Her topic, “Co-Creating an Unfinished Universe: Challenges and New Directions” flows from her teaching and writings in the area of science and religion and her special interests in evolution, physics and neuroscience and their importance for theology.
Invited to speak by the Association of Pittsburgh Priests, Ilia Delio is a Franciscan Sister from Washington, DC currently teaching in the Theology Department at Villanova University. She has authored 17 books, written numerous articles and is a sought after speaker throughout the country. Her books include, Care for Creation, The Unbearable Wholeness of Being, and Making All Things New.
